Texas Tech pitcher Amanda Renfro pitched a five-inning one-hitter and faced just two batters over the minimum as the third-seeded Red Raiders run-ruled sixth-seeded Baylor 8-0 in second-day action of the Big 12 Tournament. Renfro struck out six and walked just one to notch her 30th win of the year against 16 losses.

Eva Harshman was 2-for-3 at the plate with three RBIs for Tech and belted her second homer of the year, a two-run shot in the fourth inning. Andrea Joachims also hit a solo homer in the second inning. Designated hitter Jana Baker was 1-for-3 with a pair of runs driven in.

Baylor's Sara Caudle took the loss after giving up three runs in 2.1 innings. Jill Smith relieved Caudle and surrendered five runs on seven hits in 2.1 innings. Caudle fell to 8-5 on the year.

Texas Tech will face second-seeded Oklahoma at 7:30 tonight while Baylor will play Kansas at 4 p.m. today.
