A threat on the base paths, Washington became OU's career stolen base leader following her junior campaign and is just adding to the total this year. A four-year starter at second base, she came through in the clutch when she nailed a crucial two-run homer versus Oregon State in the 2000 NCAA Regional Championship. Washington has committed only 14 errors in more than 700 fielding opportunities and was a second-team All-Big 12 pick in 1998. She also holds OU's best fielding percentage by a second baseman.
