Sooners Close Out Fall Season With OU Fall Festival

NORMAN, Okla. - The OU Softball Complex will be the sight this weekend for the OU Fall Festival as the Oklahoma softball team ends six weeks of workouts by hosting its final fall tournament. The tournament, set for Oct. 12-14, will also include Oklahoma Baptist, Oklahoma Christian and Connors. Admission for the event is $5 for adults and $3 for students.
Oklahoma, who is 6-0 in its other fall games, will begin tournament competition against Oklahoma Baptist at 5 p.m. on Friday, followed by a 7 p.m. contest versus Oklahoma Christian. OU will then resume action on Saturday at 3 p.m. against OCU and face OBU at 5 p.m. Oklahoma and Connors will close out the tournament in the only two games scheduled on Sunday at 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.
