Sooners To Host Media Luncheon

NORMAN, Okla. - Head Coach Patty Gasso and the 2001 Sooners invite Sooner fans to join them for lunch on Wednesday, January 31.

The Sooners are the unanimous preseason favorite to win a third-consecutive Big 12 title and are ranked No. 2 in the USA Today/NFCA Coaches Preseason Division I Top 25 behind top-ranked UCLA.

The luncheon will give fans an opportunity to hear Gasso speak about the team's expectations for the 2001 season as it begins its quest for a second national champion. Players will also be available for autographs.

What: Oklahoma Softball Luncheon
When: Wednesday, January 31
Where: Jack Santee Lounge, Oklahoma Memorial Stadium
Cost: $7.00 per person
