NORMAN, Okla. -- - The fifth-ranked University of Oklahoma Softball team will host Big 12 opponent Kansas on Saturday at 2 p.m. and on Sunday at 1 p.m. Sunday's game will be televised on FOX Sports Net, which is cable channel 43 in Norman.

Currently, OU has a 53-6 overall record and is 15-1 in the Big 12 Conference. Winners of their last eight games and 19 of their last 20, the Sooners are coming a doubleheader sweep of Oklahoma City on Tuesday. Kansas is 30-27 on the season and 5-9 in conference play.

With a sweep this weekend, the Sooners could clinch the Big 12 regular season title outright with only a single loss in the conference. If Oklahoma spilts with Kansas, it will still be guaranteed a share of the conference crown, regardless of how Nebraska finishes its last five games.

The first 200 fans through the gate on Saturday will receive OU team trading cards. As a part of "Fan Appreciation Day," 50-cent Bar S hot dogs and pop will be available at the concession stand. Following the game, the Sooner team will hold an autograph session. Former Oklahoma assistant coach and current member of the Olympic team Jennifer McFalls will be available to sign autographs as well.

Sunday is Senior Day, and the Sooners' lone senior Lana Moran will be honored for all of her accomplishments in four years at OU. The first 150 fans to arrive at the game will receive free OU koozies.
