Oklahoma Wins in Stillwater for the First Time Since 2016
STILLWATER, Okla. — For the first time since 2016 Oklahoma Soccer (3-0) defeated Oklahoma State (1-1-1) in Stillwater as the Sooners shut out OSU, 2-0, Thursday, August 20. Freshmen Kate McCallister and Kennedy Kaiser provided the scoring as OU didn't permit a shot on goal all night.

OU put four shots on goal before breaking through with the opener in the 30th minute. A long ball was played toward the goal that bounced out wide and was gathered by Elle Canty. Canty crossed a pass into the box that caromed toward McCallister, who headed the ball off the goalkeeper's hands and over the goal line.
Kayla Keefer knocked on the door, sending a pair of shots on goal that were saved. But, Keefer came through on the front end of OU's next goal, setting up Kaiser with a perfect cross into the box before the freshman slotted it home.
