Kemohah has appeared in 104 matches and 404 sets for the Sooners. A four-year starter, Callie has recorded 1,560 digs, 447 assists and 82 service aces and currently ranks No. 2 all-time in career digs in program history. Martyn has appeared in 192 sets over 49 matches in her two seasons as a Sooner. Lydia, who recently recorded her 500th career block, has tallied 415 kills and 216 blocks in her two years at Oklahoma.

MANSFIELD SIGNS TRIO FOR 2025
Oklahoma head volleyball coach Aaron Mansfield announced the addition of three-student athletes on National Signing Day. Joining the Sooners for the 2025 season will be Tekoa Barnes, Alyssa Flack and Avaya Maga.

"We are extremely excited to get our first full recruiting class as a staff here at OU," Mansfield said. "We added three players with very high skill sets, tremendous work ethic and personalities that fit the culture that we continue to build here at OU. All three of these players have gained valuable experience in the USA and Canadian National Team developmental programs. We can't wait to get them here on campus."

RED RIVER REWIND
Friday's match is the second of two games between the Sooners and Longhorns in 2024. On Nov. 3, the Sooners picked up their first win over a top 10 team since 2014, defeating then-No. 9 Texas, 25-21, 25-27, 19-25, 25-17, 15-9.

Down 2-1 in the match, the Sooners claimed the final two sets to pull off the upset win. The victory marked the Sooners' first win over the Longhorns since 2014. Alexis Shelton had her best match of the season, registering 27 kills with 15 digs for her seventh double-double of the season. The junior hit at a .365 clip as she recorded her 23rd straight match with double-digit kills.

WELCOME TO THE BLOCK PARTY
The Sooners defense has been a force to be reckoned with this season, ranking 9th nationally with 2.81 blocks/set. OU has recorded at least 7.0 blocks in all but one match this season and reached the double-digit mark on 12 occasions. Against Tulsa on Sept. 13, the Sooners put up an impressive 20.0 blocks, the most by a Sooner squad since tallying 19.0 against Kansas State in 2020. Against Texas on Nov. 3, the Sooners tallied 16.5 blocks, the most Texas has allowed all season. On Nov. 10 at Mississippi State, the Sooners notched 18.0 blocks, the second most by any team in SEC play this season. In conference play the Sooners are second in blocks/set with 2.73.

STATS & RANKINGS
Multiple Sooners are ranked in their respective strengths in conference action. Lydia Martyn is second in the league in hitting percentage with a .402 mark and ninth in blocks/set with 1.09. Payton Chamberlain ranks fifth in assists/set with 9.95 and Alexis Shelton is 10th in points/set with 4.60.

STELLAR SHELTON
After missing the final two matches of the 2023 season due to injury, junior Alexis Shelton has picked up where she left off, recording double-digit kills in every match this season. Shelton has now recorded 26 consecutive matches with double-digit kills going back to the 2023 season. In her last 45 games, she has reached the double-digit kill mark on 42 occasions. The junior has notched seven 20-plus kill games this season and recorded 15 kills or more in 14 matches. Against Texas on Nov. 3, she posted a season-high 27 kills. Shelton also ranks second on the team in digs with 174 and second in blocks with 74, proving herself to be quite the all-around player.

THE OPPOSITION
TEXAS: The Longhorns are 15-6 on the year and 10-3 in league play after a weekend that saw them sweep both Auburn and Alabama on the road. Texas put together a nine-match winning streak earlier this season, including the first seven SEC matches. During that winning streak, Texas hit .300 and averaged 14.13 kills per set, 13.07 assists per set and 2.82 blocks per set. Middle blocker Marianna Singletary put together a dominant stretch of matches in October and was named the SEC Defensive Player of the Week for three-consecutive weeks. Singletary was also named the league's Player of the Week in two of those three weeks.

AUBURN: The Tigers are 14-10, 4-9 on the year and host No. 20 Florida on Nov. 20 before making the trek to Norman. For the 20th time this season, Madison Scheer reached double digits in kill totals, snagging 14 in the Tigers loss at Texas. Scheer remains the team's offensive leader with 3.44 kills per set and 3.87 points per set. Junior Alexis Dacosta's 3.67 digs per set sets the pace for the Orange and Blue and ranks eighth in the SEC. As a team, Auburn's back row has the second-best mark in the conference at 16.10 per set. If the season ended today, that number would be the fourth-highest in program history during the rally-scoring era.

LOOKING AHEAD
The Sooners will wrap up the season with a midweek tilt at Arkansas on Wednesday, Nov. 27. The match is slated for a 6 p.m. CT start on SECN+ and will be the second of two games against the Razorbacks for the Sooners. Arkansas won the previous matchup on Oct. 6, 3-1.
