Sooners Head to Houston For Big 12 Match

A win on Sunday would mark OU's first win in a true road game in over a year as the Sooners' last victory in a road game came on Sept. 23, 2022, in a 2-0 win at Baylor.

Sunday's match will start at 1 p.m. and will air on ESPN+. Tickets are available for purchase through the University of Houston ticket office.
SEASON STORYLINES
• Offensive Explosion: Entering the week, Oklahoma was putting together one of the top seasons offensively in program history. OU ranks inside the top 25 nationally in goals/gam, assists/game, points/game and SOG/game. OU's 2.80 goals per game would shatter the school record of 2.43 (2008).
• Winning With Washington: Alexis Washington, who set the school record for assists in a season (9) last year, has five assists this season. Her next assist will move her into a tie for second all-time at Oklahoma. She is only a sophomore. The school record is 18 (Lauren MacIver).
• Last Trip 'Round the Neighborhood: The 2023 Big 12 slate is Oklahoma soccer's last in the conference as the Sooners move into the Southeastern Conference next season. The Sooners have produced 39 All-Big 12 honorees as members of the league and accumulated 74 wins.
Oklahoma is one of the six remaining unbeaten teams in the Big 12 Conference.
SERIES HISTORY
Oklahoma leads the all-time series vs. the Cougars 2-1-1 with the most recent result coming last season in a 2-2 draw.
