NORMAN - OU hits the road Saturday to face Iowa State. The game will tip at 2 p.m. CT inside Hilton Coliseum as the Sooners look for their fourth season sweep of Iowa State in the last four seasons.

FIVE THINGS TO KNOW

• The Sooners will look to complete the fourth season sweep of ISU in the last five seasons after beating the Cyclones 81-72 in Norman on Jan. 11.

• OU is coming off a 68-58 victory over West Virginia in its most recent contest. The Sooners locked down on defense to hold West Virginia to 39.7% shooting and kept the Mountaineers' leading scorers below their season averages, only allowing Kysre Gondrezick 13 and Tynice Martin 12 points. The Sooners forced 17 WVU turnovers and had eight steals, with Madi Williams tallying four of those.

• Junior guard Ana Llanusa scored her 1,000th career point during OU's win over WVU. Llanusa, in just her second game back after missing six games due to injury, led the way for the Sooners with 19 points and reached the milestone on her 17thĀ point of the night. Llanusa became the 36thĀ player in program history to score 1,000 and the 17thĀ player to achieve the feat in three or fewer seasons.

• Saturday's matchup is sure to be a shootout as it pits two of the Big 12's Ā top five scoring offenses against each other, as well as the league's top two scorers. OU is averaging 76.73 points per game to rank third, while Iowa State averages 75.81 for fourth in the league. The Cyclones' Ashley Joens is the Big 12's top scorer with a 21.48 PPG average and OU's Taylor Robertson is right behind at 20.32. The teams are tied for fourth place in the Big 12 at 5-5 against the league.

• Robertson was named Big 12 Co-Player of the Week after her performance at Kansas on Feb. 2. Robertson, who was celebrating her birthday on Feb. 2, scored 25 of her 31 points in the second half and overtime to lead OU to victory. Her five 3-pointers all came after the first half, when OU was held scoreless beyond the arc. She also went 12-for-12 from the charity stripe.

GAME 22 RECAP: OU 68, WEST VIRGINIA 58

Ana Llanusa scored her 1000th career point and the Oklahoma women's basketball team completed the first-ever season sweep of West Virginia Wednesday as the Sooners topped the Mountaineers 68-58 inside Lloyd Noble Center.

Llanusa, in just her second game back after missing six games due to injury, led the way for the Sooners with 19 points. Three more Sooners chipped in points in double figures as Madi Williams had 18 to go with eight rebounds; Taylor Robertson scored 13 and pulled down seven boards; and Gabby Gregory had 10 points.

Robertson added to her resume with three triples to move into sole possession of second on OU's single-season 3-pointers list with 108 this season.

PREVIEWING IOWA STATE

Iowa State enters the matchup at 13-8 overall and 5-5 in Big 12 play. In their last contest, the Cyclones topped Oklahoma State 74-63 at home to snap a two-game losing streak.
Iowa State's Ashley Joens is the Big 12's leading scorer, averaging 21.48 points per game. Joens is averaging 10.3 rebounds per game for a double-double. Both Joens and OU's Taylor Robertson have had three performances of 30+ points this season, tying for the most by a player in the league.

ISU's Kristin Scott is the only other Cyclone averaging points in double figures with 14.6. Freshman Maggie Espenmiller-McGraw is not far behind with 9.1 per contest.

OU won the previous meeting between the teams 81-72 in Norman. After trailing at halftime, Taylor Robertson and Madi Williams poured in points in double figures to spur the offense and boost the Sooners to victory.

Ana Llanusa became the newest member of OU's 1000 points club on Wednesday night as she scored 19 against West Virginia.

The junior reached the milestone on her 17thĀ point of the night, Euro-stepping her way to the basket. Llanusa shot 8-for-12 on the contest and added three rebounds and two steals.

As a freshman in 2017-18, Llanusa scored 377 across all 30 games that season. Despite missing 10 games due to injury in 2018-19, Llanusa totaled 365 points in 20 appearances.
The Choctaw, Okla., native has scored 260 this season despite missing six games again due to injury.

Llanusa became the 36thĀ player in program history to score 1,000 and is the first to do so since Maddie Manning in 2017-18.
Llanusa is the 17th OU player to reach 1,000 points in three seasons or fewer and the first to do so since Peyton Little in 2016-17.

COALE GETS NO. 500

Sunday's win at Kansas was No. 500 for head coach Sherri Coale, who is in her 24th season at the helm for the Sooners. Coale is the winningest coach in program history at 500-274 (.645).

Coale became the 80th coach in Division I women's basketball history to have earned 500 or more wins in their careers. Just 36 of those are active coaches. 196 in men's and women's Division I basketball, including 60 of those active, have reached the milestone.

Coale's 500th win moved her into second for the most wins by a coach at an Oklahoma institution The No.1 coach on that list is her former college coach, Stephanie Findley at Oklahoma Christian, who has 628 career wins and is in her 35th season at OCU.

Coale has led the Sooners to 19 NCAA Tournament appearances in 20 years, three Final Fours and nine Sweet 16 appearances since 2000.

A four-time Big 12 Coach of the Year, Coale has also coached the Sooners to four Big 12 postseason titles and mentored 13 All-Americans, six Big 12 Players of the Year and seven Big 12 Freshmen of the Year.
14 OU players have been WNBA Draft Picks, six of them first-round selections, following their careers under Coale.

The Healdton, Okla., native was inducted into the Women's College Basketball Hall of Fame in 2016.

ROBERTSON NAMED BIG 12 CO-PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Taylor Robertson was named Big 12 Co-Player of the Week Monday, marking her second conference weekly accolade of the season. Robertson shares the award with TCU's Lauren Heard.

In OU's comeback win at Kansas Sunday, Robertson, who was celebrating her birthday, scored 31 points on 7-for-12 (58.3%) shooting to match her career high. 25 of those points came in the second half and overtime as she led the Sooners to victory. Robertson had five 3-pointers over that stretch after the Sooners had been held scoreless from beyond the arc in the first half.

The sophomore was also a perfect 12-for-12 from the charity stripe in the effort. Additionally, Robertson's 31-point performance was her third game with 30+ this season, tying Iowa State's Ashley Joens for the most games with 30 or more points by a Big 12 player this season.

T-ROB TREY TRACKER

Sophomore Taylor Robertson is the NCAA's active career leader in 3-point field goal percentage, shooting shooting 45.5% (213-for-468) in her second season of college basketball. She is also the active career leader in treys per game with a 4.10 average; the next closest player, Rachel Childress of UAB, has averaged 3.30 per game. Robertson is the youngest member of both 10-player lists; the nine other players on each are juniors and seniors.

Robertson is the national leader in made 3s with 108 this season. The sophomore is shooting 44.4% (108-for-243) from deep.Robertson is in second place on OU's single season made 3-pointers record list with 108 on the year. Should Robertson continue to average a nation-leading 4.91 treys per game, she is on pace to shatter OU leader Aaryn Ellenberg's mark of 115 in a season (2012-13), as well as the Big 12 record of 123 set by by K-State's Laurie Koehn (2002).

The sophomore is the first player in Big 12 history to hit 100 or more treys in back-to-back seasons.

With an average 4.91 3s per game this season, the McPherson, Kan., product also leads the country in that category and leads by a mile; Childress of UAB is also the next closest player and she is averaging 3.65 per game. Robertson is averaging the most 3s per game of any player in men's or women's Division I basketball; Dru Kuxhausen (McNeese) is the men's 3s per game leader and is averaging 4.38.

Robertson leads the Big 12 in 3-pointers this season (108), 59 more than the next closest player: TCU's Jaycee Bradley has hit 49 this season. As a team, OU has made a league-high 182 3-pointers this season; Robertson accounts for more than half of those.

Of Robertson's 447 total points this season, 324 have come from behind the 3-point line. 85 have come from the charity stripe where she is 85-for-95 (89.5%); just 38 of Robertson's points all season have not been 3s or free throws. The sophomore ranks second in the Big 12 in total points (447) and second in points per game (20.32)
