The University of Oklahoma has announced preliminary plans for 2020 football game day procedures for fans.
Parking
- New app-based digital parking passes will be made available to limit employee-to-fan contact in donor lots
- Added 200 spots in Sarkey’s Energy Center Lot and 130 spots in Headington Hall Lot
- 2,970 donor spaces are available
- App-based mapping will provide direction to all gameday-specific parking lots
- General fan shuttles will transition to ADA-only this season to allow for social distancing
- Hand sanitizer stations will be located in recreational vehicle (RV) lots, SooneRVillage and public lots

Ticketing
- Digital ticketing will be implemented for 2020 in order to reduce points of contact and streamline processes, information and directions
- Tickets and a detailed how-to guide will be sent to all season ticket holders in August (all ticket holders must review and digitally agree to new terms and conditions at the time of ticket delivery)
- Pedestal scanners will provide touch-free entry and reduce number of staff
- Ticket resolution booths will be located at Gates 5 and 7, as well at the main athletics ticket office
- Visiting team ticketing will be reduced to 500 total seats and no visiting team bands will travel to Norman

Stadium Entry
- Zoned entry based on seating section encouraged
- At-risk and ADA individuals will be permitted to enter stadium early (starting 2.5 hours prior to kickoff)
- Entrance pathways at each gate will be safely distanced
- Altered gate queuing at Gate 10 to allow additional pathways for east premium ticket holders
- An increased number of express lanes (no bag) will be available (based on capacity)
- Increased security settings will be implemented to allow removal of fewer items
