Gaylord Family – Oklahoma Memorial Stadium

One of America's most recognized college football cathedrals, Gaylord Family – Oklahoma Memorial Stadium, situated on the east side of the Norman campus, is the largest sports venue in the state of Oklahoma and ranks among the 20 largest on-campus football stadiums in the nation. Each home football Saturday, Sooner Nation packs the 80,126-seat "Palace on the Prairie," resulting in one of the country’s top home-field advantages. Accessing the Stadium

General Stadium Access

General Public
Gates for general public entry are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, and 11. An Access Management System is used for entry at all gates. The bar code on each ticket will be scanned by the gate attendant. Each individual is encouraged to hold their own ticket to assist in expediting the scanning process. As fans enter the stadium, they should make sure that the ticket-taker has scanned the ticket(s) to ensure that your attendance is counted towards priority points. If a ticket is damaged and cannot be scanned, fans should visit one of the ticket resolution centers at Ticket Office near Gate 1 and gates 5 and 7.

South End Zone General Public Access

Gate 1 Path
Enter through Gate 1, proceed up the steps/escalator to Level 2 concourse. Access Sections 47-52, 36-41 and lower 42-46 via outer concourse vomitories.

Gate 2 Path
Enter through Gate 2, proceed to the right and up the ramp to Level 2 concourse. Access Sections 47-52 and 36-41 and lower 42-46 via outer concourse vomitories.

Gate 11 Path
Enter through Gate 11, proceed right under east concourse to stairs/escalator and proceed to Level 2 concourse. Access Sections 47-52, 36-41 and lower 42-46 via outer concourse vomitories.

Gate 12 Path
Enter through Gate 12, proceed straight ahead under east concourse to stairs and escalator, proceed up to level 2 concourse. Access Sections 47-52, 36-41 and lower 42-46 via outer concourse.

Nearest Concessions and Restrooms
The nearest concessions and restrooms can be accessed by going down the seating bowl aisles. Below the south seating sections are Level 2 Fan Plaza concessions in the southeast and southwest corners of the seating bowl. Additionally, vomitories below the south seating also lead to additional large concession stands, restrooms and fan shops at the Level 2 concourse.

Access to Level 4 Fan Plaza
Fans can access the Level 4 Fan Deck from the Level 2 concourse by using the south stairs towers at the south ends of the Level 2 concourse at Gates 14 and 17, or from the seating bowl by utilizing the aisles between Sections 41 and 42 or Sections 46 and 47 to the Level 4 Fan Plaza.

Other Paths to the South End Zone
Gates 3-6 or Sections 1-18 lower level: Access via Gate 2 path.
Gates 6-10 or Sections 19-35 lower level: Access via Gate 11 path.
Sections 101-109: Access via Gate 2 path.
Sections 226-235 (Upper deck): Access via east ramp down to main Level 1 concourse and then follow Gate 11 path to Level 2 concourse.

MidFirst East Stadium Club and Suites

Recommended Entry - Gate 10
Guests should enter the line for entry off Jenkins Avenue near Gate 11 and 12 and walk north to Gate 10. Elevator and stair access are available. Ticket holders can also enter Gate 9 for ramp access. Club sections 124-135 can be found on Level 3. Suites E101-E127 can be found on Level 2, while suites E201-E227 can be found on Level 4. Path is ADA friendly.

Valero South Champions Club, Loge Boxes and Suites

Recommended Entry - Gates 14/15 or 16/17
Enter Gaylord Family – Oklahoma Memorial Stadium by walking across the practice turf on the southeast corner of the stadium off Jenkins Avenue to enter Gate 14/15. Tickets must be shown for access. Guests can also enter Gate 16/17, the southwest corner of the stadium by walking up the circle drive of the Switzer Center. Elevator and stair access is available. Club tickets in sections 42-46, Row A-AA can be accessed from either Level 2 (lower club) or Level 3 (upper club). Loge boxes and suites can be located on Level 4. Paths are ADA friendly.

Santee Lounge and West Suites

Recommended Entry - Gate 3
Enter through Gate 3 for ramp or elevator access or the Santee Lounge Bridge located on Level 5 of the Asp Avenue Parking Garage on the west side of the stadium. A secondary path includes entering Gate 16, the southwest corner of the stadium, by walking up the circle drive of the Switzer Center. Take the elevators to Level 4, then walk behind the southwest suites hallway to enter Santee Lounge. Path is ADA friendly.

ADA Section Pathways

Section 1 & 2 ADA
Enter Gate 2, turn right to proceed up the ramp to the Santee Lounge level to seats. ADA patrons may also proceed right from Gate 2 and utilize elevators 1 and 2 to the Santee Lounge/Level 4 concourse.

Section 9 & 10 ADA
Enter Gate 3, turn left to either proceed up the ramp to the Santee Lounge level to seating platform, or proceed left from Gate 2 and utilize elevators 5 and 6 to the Santee Lounge level and proceed to seating sections.

North End Zone ADA
Fans may enter any gate – proceed north on the concourse until section 19/20 (adjacent to Gomer Jones First Aide Station). ADA fans may proceed down the ramp to the seating sections in front of section 16-20 as ticketed.

ADA Paths to South End Zone General Public Areas

Gate 1 Path
Enter through Gate 1, proceed straight to ADA ramp to field level ADA seating show ADA ticket to security for access. Travel down the ramp to field level concourse and enter via ramp to field level ADA seats. To access Level 2 concourse ADA seating, travel left to ramp at Gate 2. Proceed to Level 2 concourse and access via southwest or southeast vomitories. For Level 4 concourse ADA seating, utilize Elevators 1 and 2 to Santee Lounge/Level 4 concourse and access via southwest or southeast vomitories.

Gate 2 Path
Enter through Gate 2, proceed right, turn left to ramp and show ADA ticket to security for access. Travel down the ramp to field level concourse and enter via ramp to field level ADA seats. To access Level 2 concourse ADA seats, travel right to ramp at Gate 2. Proceed to Level 2 concourse and access via southwest or southeast corner vomitories. For Level 4 concourse ADA seating, utilize Elevators 1 and 2 to Santee Lounge/Level 4 concourse and access via southwest or southeast vomitories.

Gate 11 Path
Enter through Gate 11, proceed straight ahead to field level concourse and show ADA ticket to security for access. To access Level 2 concourse ADA seats, proceed right to Elevator 14 to access Level 2 concourse. Turn right to access seats. To access Level 4 concourse ADA seats, utilize south elevator towers at Gates 14/16 from Level 2 concourse.

Gate 12 Path
Enter through Gate 12, proceed straight ahead and left to field level concourse and show ADA ticket to security for access. To access Level 2 concourse ADA seating, proceed straight ahead under east concourse and then turn left to Elevator 14 to access Level 2 concourse. Turn right to access seats. To access Level 4 concourse ADA seats, utilize south elevator towers at Gates 15/16 from Level 2 concourse.

Gate 15/16 Path
Enter Lindsey Street Circle Drive, enter Gate 15/16 and take elevator to Level 2 concourse for Level 2 ADA seats at the southeast or southwest vomitories; Level 3 for Level 3 ADA Sections 43-45, or Level 4 concourse for ADA seats in the southeast and southwest sections.

A

Alcohol Service Policy

Beer and other ready-to-drink alcoholic beverages are available stadium wide at portable concession stands. Service begins when gates open (2.0 hours prior to kickoff) and is discontinued at the conclusion of the 3rd quarter. All guests must be 21 years of age to purchase an alcoholic beverage. A valid ID is required for purchase. There is a two (2) alcoholic beverage limit per person, per ID, per transaction. Alcohol is not permitted to leave the stadium gates nor can outside alcohol be brought into the stadium on game day. Alcohol Service Policy

Arrive Sooner

Fans are encouraged to #ArriveSooner to avoid delays into the gates with new enhanced screenings. To help expedite screening, fans are also encouraged to not bring bags.

Cameras

Point-and-shoot cameras with lenses shorter than six inches are permissible. No video cameras, detachable lenses, professional camera equipment or long telephoto lenses are allowed.

Cashless Transactions

All concession and retail stands in the stadium are cashless. Please use a credit or debit card when purchasing food, beverages, and game day gear.

Chair Back Sales/Rentals

Sooner Seats are available on a season lease for $55 after July 1. The price increases to $60 after August 1. For more information, visit SoonerSeats.com.

Champions Tailgate

Sooner Club members at the Silver membership level and above who have football season tickets should access Champions Tailgate passes in your Oklahoma Sooners app. The Champions Tailgate is located on the John Jacobs Track and Field Complex with gates opening 2.5 hours prior to kickoff and will close 30 minutes prior to kickoff. Cool Zones

Cooling Zones are located throughout the concourses and can be used by any fan during the game. Click here for map

Disability Seating

The Athletics Ticket Office on the plaza level of the Asp Ave. Parking Facility immediately west of the stadium will have a window dedicated to ADA/Wheelchair ticket exchange on game day. Fans may also call (800) 456-GoOU. Availability is limited and fulfilled on a first-come, first-served.

Drones

Except as may be specifically authorized by University Administration, the operation of drones/unmanned aircraft systems on University property is prohibited on home football game days. Drone Policy


E

Evacuation

In case of evacuation, instructions will be relayed via the public address system and video boards. Gate personnel and ushers will assist fans in exiting the stadium.

Express Lanes

Express lanes are located at all gates to expedite entry for patrons bringing no items into the stadium.


F

Fan Conduct

The University of Oklahoma and the Southeastern Conference have zero-tolerance policies regarding fan field intrusions and throwing debris on the field. Starting in 2025, the SEC will issue member schools a $500,000 fine for violating the field-intrusion policy (paid to the opposing school for conference games) and a $250,000 fine for throwing debris on the field. Violations of these policies could also result in prosecution.

The Norman Regional Gomer Jones Medical Facility is located at the north end of the stadium near Section 19 on the ground level.

Guest Service Kiosks are located at gates 1, 5, 7, 12 and the 2nd level south end zone by sections 36 and 50, and the east and west upper decks.

Gates Open

All gates open 2 hours prior to kickoff. All patrons regardless of age must have a ticket for entry/p>

Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather, guests will be advised to seek shelter immediately; please follow instructions of game day ushers and staff.

Lost and Found

Lost items recovered during the game will be delivered to the Game Day Operations office on the north side of the stadium near Section 9 until one hour after the game. After the game, all unclaimed items are turned over to OU Facilities Management. Phone: (405) 325-3060. To recover lost items in premium areas, call the Sooner Club at 405-325-8000.

Lost Sooners

Parents/guardians with a lost child or person should contact the nearest police officer or event staff member. If a child gets separated, he/she should notify the nearest police officer or event staff member. Pick up a Tag-A-Sooner wristband at any guest services kiosk. The wristband allows a parent or guardian to fill out section, row, and seat number in case the person becomes separated from their party. This is a free service for all fans.

Merchandise

Fanatics is a proud partner of OU Athletics and offers a wide variety of merchandise throughout Gaylord Family - Oklahoma Memorial Stadium. On home football game days, The Sooner Shop has locations on the southeast and southwest corners of the stadium, as well as mobile locations at Gates 5 and 12. For all home games, The Sooner Shop will open two hours prior to kickoff for games starting at 11 a.m. and remain open throughout the contest before closing approximately one hour following the conclusion of the game. For OU football games starting at noon or later, The Sooner Shop will open at 10 a.m. Stadium retail locations accept both cash and all major credit cards. Shop Online

Nursing mothers who wish to utilize a private area in GFOMS may do so in dedicated Nursing mothers lounges on level 2 near section 52, or level 4 on the Fan Plaza. Changing tables are available in restrooms and family restrooms are available throughout the stadium and in premium areas. Please see GFOMS features map for locations.

Located on the lawn immediately north of Gaylord Family – Oklahoma Memorial Stadium, Party at the Palace is an interactive pregame entertainment area open to fans of all ages. Free activities and entertainment begin three-and-a-half hours prior to kickoff and close 30 minutes prior to kickoff. Festivities include food trucks, giveaways, music, interactive games, inflatables and more!

Ticket Information

All patrons regardless of age (including infants) are required to have a ticket for entry into the stadium.

The OU Athletics Ticket Office is located on street level immediately west of the stadium. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. On game day, the ticket office opens at least three hours prior to kickoff. Will call for fans with OU tickets is located in the main ticket office, visitig team will call is located at Gate 5. Photo ID is required to receive tickets. Will call is open at least three hours prior to kickoff on game days.

Please have your tickets in hand before arriving at the gate. All tickets contain barcodes which are scanned to allow entry into the stadium. Do not remove the stub containing the barcode from the ticket and confirm that a barcode is present prior to arriving. If your ticket is damaged and cannot be scanned, please visit one of the ticket resolution centers at Gates 5 and 7, or at the main ticket office. Mobile tickets may require re-printing for proper entry.
