NORMAN — The No. 20 Oklahoma wrestling team continues its season on Saturday at the Lindenwood Open, held at Hyland Arena in St. Charles, Mo.
The open tournament features wrestlers from over 30 collegiate programs as well as unattached individuals. The event includes two divisions, the Black Division (freshman/sophomore) and the Gold Division (open).
Oklahoma is back in action after posting a 1-2 record at the Journeymen/My House Northeast Duals on Nov. 11. Senior Yoanse Mejias led OU, finishing the event 3-0 to earn Big 12 Wrestler of the Week honors on Nov. 15.
Three Sooners appear in the latest InterMat Polls, including No. 13 Mejais (174 pounds), No. 16 Davion Jeffries (149 pounds) and No. 18 Mike Longo (141 pounds).
