HAMPTON, Va. -- The No. 15 Oklahoma wrestling team is set to compete in the Virginia Duals, held this Friday and Saturday, Jan. 13-14, in the Hampton Coliseum.

The 12-team event features four squads ranked in the NWCA top 25. Teams are split into four pools of three teams. The Sooners will wrestle Old Dominion at 10 a.m. CT, directly followed by Chattanooga at noon CT.

Four Sooners are ranked in the latest InterMat polls in No. 11 Davion Jeffries (149), No. 18 DaWaylon Barnes (157 pounds), No. 12 Clark Glass (165 pounds) and No. 19 Ross Larson (HWT). Barnes will wrestle at 165 pounds, while Glass will drop a weight class to 157 for the Virginia Duals.

Oklahoma is coming off a 24-18 upset win over then-No. 5 Missouri. OU registered six bout wins in the match, including a win by forfeit for DaWaylon Barnes at 157 pounds. With the win, OU moved to 2-3 on the season.
