Emily Parker // Fr. // F With three goals, Parker is tied with junior Caren Nelson for the most Sooner scores this season. Against UTSA on Sunday, Sept. 6, Parker contributed two goals in the 10th and 16th minutes. Parker is tied for most shots taken for the Sooners (13) and most points (six). Parker has played a total of 208 minutes in six matches.

NORMAN — Looking to bounce back from a pair of road losses, the Oklahoma soccer team returns home for two matches this weekend. The Sooners (3-4-0 overall) will welcome in-state foe Tulsa (8-0-0 overall) to John Crain Field at 7 p.m. CT on Friday before taking on No. 18 Arizona State (4-1-0 overall) at noon CT on Sunday.

SOONER NOTEBOOK: WEEK FIVE

1. HOMESTAND BEGINS
After playing a pair of tough non-conference road matches last weekend, the Sooners return to Norman for a four-game homestand. OU will look to get back on the winning track when it takes on in-state foe Tulsa at 7 p.m. CT on Friday before welcoming No. 18 Arizona State to John Crain Field at noon on Sunday. The Sooners then open Big 12 play against No. 17 Texas Tech and Iowa State next weekend before again hitting the road.

2. FACING THE TOP 25
Oklahoma continues to face stout competition as six of its 2015 opponents are currently ranked or receiving votes in the NSCAA/Continental Tire poll, including Arizona State at No. 18. Additionally, Tulsa comes in at No. 19 in the latest Top Drawer Soccer rankings. So far this season, the Sooners have faced South Carolina and Stanford, who were ranked No. 11 and No. 2, respectively, by the NSCAA at time of competition.

3. PUTTING UP A FIGHT
The Sooners may have dropped both of their matches in California last weekend, but head coach Matt Potter said they walked away from those road tests with lessons learned. OU struggled offensively at both Santa Clara and No. 2 Stanford but competed and fought until the end, even pushing the Cardinal to overtime on Sunday. “We have much to take from the weekend, showing we can compete on the biggest of stages,” Potter said after the Stanford match. “Those lessons will be something for us to reflect and build on as we return home.”

4. SOONERS BOAST DEPTH
A total of 22 Sooners have made an appearance in at least one match this season. In seven contests, OU has recorded 17 goals from 11 different players. Notching multiple scores for the Sooners have been junior Caren Nelson and freshman Emily Parker with three each and junior Liz Keester and freshman Kaylee Dao with two. Additionally, six players have at least one assist.

5. FOLLOW IT LIVE

Friday's match will stream on SoonerSports.tv, while Sunday's contest will air on FOX Sports Oklahoma, FOX Sports Southwest Plus and FOX College Sports. SCOUTING REPORTS

TULSA
• OU leads the series with Tulsa by a mark of 7-2-1. Last season, the teams met in Tulsa, Okla., on Sept. 14 and played to a 0-0 draw.

• Tulsa is ranked No. 19 in this week's Top Drawer Soccer poll, marking the first time in school history the program has been nationally ranked.

• Tulsa has started the season 8-0, the best start in program history, and set a school record for consecutive shutouts with a current six-game streak.

• The Golden Hurricane has scored 20 goals this season. Sophomore Christina Holmes has a team-best four scores, while sophomore Rachel Thun has three goals and a team-high six assists.

ARIZONA STATE
• Sunday's contest between OU and Arizona State will be the third matchup between the two schools. The series is tied at 1-1, with the Sun Devils winning the most recent meeting on Sept. 9, 2011 (3-0). Both previous contests were played in Tempe, Ariz.

• The Sun Devils are currently ranked No. 18 in the NSCAA/Continental Tire coaches' poll. HERO Sports has Arizona State at No. 6.

• The Sun Devils started the season 4-0, their best start since 2000.

• Arizona State has scored a total of 16 goals this season, led by senior Cali Farquharson and sophomore Aly Moon with four apiece.
