The Sooners open the offseason schedule on March 30 at 6 p.m. against Oral Roberts at the OU Soccer Complex in Norman.

In preparation for the spring slate, SoonerSports.com will highlight each of the players on the 2012 squad.

Some of the questions and answers will be soccer related, while others will help fans get to know the Sooners better.

Leading off is senior midfielder Katharine Nutman from Southend, England. Read more about Katharine's soccer career on the right and get to know her better below:

My parents, because they raised me.

I like reading and watching stand up comedy.

Hopefully in England working on a Ph.D and playing soccer.

Katharine Nutman Bio Brief:
As a junior Nutman was named an Academic All-Big 12 first team honoree for the second time in her Sooner career while starting all 20 games.

She has played in 58 career games with 43 starts with two goals and two assists.

Prior to coming to the states and OU , Nutman captained England's U-15 National Team and later represented her country on the U-17 squad.
