Wrestling Golf Outing Weekend Scheduled

NORMAN, Okla. - University of Oklahoma fans have the opportunity to spend a day and hit the links with the 2010-11 wrestling squad on the weekend of Sept. 11-12, respectively, at the annual Sooner Wrestling Golf Outing Weekend, held at the Jimmie Austin Golf Club in Norman.
Festivities begin with “A Day with the Sooners” on Saturday, Sept. 11, beginning with an open practice at 8 a.m. Following practice, brunch will be served in the OU team room. Next the team and guests will partake in tailgating for the Florida State football game. Concluding the football game there will be a social gathering at a local restaurant.
The “Golf Outing” will kick off Sunday, Sept. 12, with a 1 p.m. shotgun start. Cost to enter the outing is $150.
