• Oklahoma (20-10, 8-7) swept Oklahoma State (16-13, 7-8) for the second time in three years with its 68-56 win in Stillwater. The Sooners, who played without leading scorer and rebounder Blake Griffin, have won six of the last eight meetings with OSU and improved to 123-89 in the overall series.
• The 12-point win marked OU's largest margin of victory in Stillwater since 1990 when it won by 13.
• The victory gave the Sooners their 10th 20-win campaign in the last 11 years.
• OU clinched a .500 Big 12 regular season record. In the 12-year history of the conference, OU has finished below .500 just one time (6-10 last season).
• Tony Crocker scored a career-high 25 points with the help of 5-for-5 3-point shooting. The sophomore guard was 8-for-13 from the field and 4-for-5 from the free throw line.
• The game marked Crocker's 11th of the year to make at least three treys (he is 42-for-65 in those 11 games for a .646 mark). Crocker is now shooting .453 from 3-point range on the year.
• The only two post men to play for OU in the game, Longar Longar (12 points and five rebounds) and Taylor Griffin (nine points and 10 boards) combined for 21 points and 15 rebounds.
• Austin Johnson scored all 11 of his points in the second half. The junior guard has scored in double figures in five of the last seven games.
• OU's .477 field goal performance was its best in its last eight road games (it shot .537 at West Virginia on Dec. 29). Its .533 (8-for-15) effort from 3-point distance was its best of the year on the road.
• Oklahoma won despite getting outrebounded 34-29 (15-6 on the offensive glass).
• OU closes the regular season on Saturday at home against Missouri (16-14, 6-9) at 2:30 p.m. It will mark the final regular season home game in the careers of seniors David Godbold and Longar.
• With Baylor's home loss to Texas A&M tonight, the Sooners will clinch a No. 4 seed (and a first-round bye) in next week's Phillips 66 Big 12 Championship if they beat Missouri on Saturday.
