• OU's 12-point victory was it's largest in a Big 12 contest since beating Texas Tech 75-61 on Feb. 3, 2007.

• Freshman Tony Neysmith picked up the first start of his career.  Neysmith had not played more than a minute in any conference game.  The Norcross, Ga., native finished with a career-high four points and recorded career highs in field-goal attempts (3) and field goals (2).

• Entering the game at the 14:43 mark of the first half, Longar Longar returned to action after missing the previous two games with a broken bone in his lower right leg.  The senior finished with six points and five rebounds in 27 minutes of action.

• OU improved to 107-77 all-time against the Cyclones and 59-21 in games played in Norman.  Oklahoma has won nine of the last 13 contests between the two squads and the last six played at Lloyd Noble Center.

• Oklahoma went to the line 18 more times than the Cyclones (29-to-11), after recording 18 less attempts from the charity stripe in its previous contest at Colorado (11-to-29).

• With the game tied 6-6 at the 15:04 mark of the first half, the Sooners went on a 16-3 run over the next 5:06, capped off by an Austin Johnson 3-point bucket at the 9:58 mark, to lead 22-9.

• Oklahoma scored 20 points off of 12 ISU turnovers.

• The Sooners recorded 12 second-chance points on 11 offensive rebounds.  OU has reached double-digit offensive boards in each of the last three contests.

• Tony Crocker recorded a team-high 22 points (tying for his second-highest career total) on 5-of-9 shooting.  His 22 points were a personal best in Big 12 contests. Crocker also added a game-high nine rebounds, tying a career high.

• Austin Johnson's 13 points (all in the first half) were three more than he had scored in the previous three contests combined

• Cade Davis scored a career-high 11 points on 3-of-3 shooting, all from long range.  The freshman was perfect from 3-point distance after entering tonight's contest 0-9 from long range in Big 12 play.  He made his two free-throw attempts to remain perfect this season (16-of-16).

• Iowa State was 10-of-11 from the free throw line in tonight's contest.  OU's Big 12 opponents have now shot a combined 143-of-170 (.841) against the Sooners from the charity stripe.
