TUCSON, Ariz. - Kelvin Sampson's Oklahoma men's basketball team practiced for 90 minutes at the McKale Center Friday afternoon on the University of Arizona campus before meeting the media for 40 minutes.

Junior Kevin Bookout and senior Johnnie Gilbert, OU's two captains, answered questions for 20 minutes in the interview room before Coach Sampson fielded media inquiries for another 20 minutes.  Meanwhile, the rest of the Sooners squad met with media in the U of A men's basketball locker room.

Oklahoma, the No. 3 seed in the Austin Regional, will take on No. 6 seed Utah on Saturday at approximately 2:40 p.m. CST.  The game will be televised regionally by CBS and the winner will advance to the Sweet 16 for a game on Friday, March 25.

The Sooners have faced the Utes once in their history.  OU posted a 69-68 win on Dec. 14, 1979, in the Golden Gate Classic in San Francisco.
