  • The Sooners improved to 15-1 all-time versus Texas A&M and 5-1 in College Station. Kelvin Sampson is 10-1 against the Aggies as OU's head coach.

  • OU is 18-4 under Sampson in games played in Texas.

  • The Sooners ran their winning streak to five games. They have won three consecutive road games.

  • Aaron McGhee led OU in scoring for the first time since Jan. 9 when he recorded 24 points against A&M. He had 22 points today.

  • OU is 3-2 in Big 12 road games this year and 22-15 in six-plus years under Sampson.

  • The Sooners made all 16 of their second-half free throws and finished 20-for-23 at the line (.870). OU's season percentage now stands at an impressive .743. The team is shooting .760 in league games.

  • J.R. Raymond had 17 points today and is now averaging 20.6 points during the team's five-game winning streak.

  • OU's seven turnovers tied a season low (they also had seven at Kansas State).

  • After averaging 8.5 boards in OU's previous four games, Nolan Johnson failed to grab a rebound today. Johnson did make all six of his free throw attempts and is now shooting .868 from the foul line this year.

  • OU is now 17-4 overall and 6-3 in the Big 12.
