Dylan Mihalke joined the University of Oklahoma’s men’s basketball staff in 2021-22 as a graduate assistant and was elevated to director of analytics and assistant director of video operations in July 2022.
He provides guidance and assistance to the head coach using data-driven practices for scouting and recruiting. Mihalke will also assist with managing practice and game film and facility film exchange requests.
Prior to his time with the Crimson and Cream, Mihalke served as a student manager at the University of Iowa. He was responsible for video and statistical analysis for games and practice. Mihalke also assisted with the implementation of analytic projects and helped with day-to-day operation requests.
