Stadium operations responds to text messages typically within 1-2 minutes based on volume. Fans can submit questions, issues with tickets, seat repair, fan conduct, medical needs, wayfinding or security issues which will be logged and addressed by stadium operations. Tickets

Call (405) 325-2424 or visit one of our ticket resolution areas are located at Gates 5 and 7, as well as the main ticket office at 1185 Asp Ave.

Where is my seat located?
Please view the stadium map before arriving to identify where your section is located and the best gate to enter.

Where do I go to exchange my ticket for an ADA ticket?
The Athletics Ticket Office on the plaza level of the Asp Ave. Parking Facility immediately west of the stadium has a window dedicated to ADA/Wheelchair ticket exchange on game day. Fans may also call (405) 325-2424.

Where can I get a wheelchair?
Sorry, but OU is unable to provide wheelchair services.

Are all seatbacks permitted?
Seat cushions and chair backs smaller than 16" wide and without metal frames or armrests are permitted.

My backpack is clear. Why can't I bring it in?
Clear backpacks, including drawstring bags and fanny packs are prohibited because they can be concealed under clothing, take more time to search and can become a hazard in the aisles. For complete information on OU's clear bag policy, visit SoonerSports.com/clearbags.

Who can use what elevator? Elevator Map
Elevator 1 (SW) - Santee Lounge, South Suites and Loge Boxes, and Section 1-2 ADA

Elevator 2 (SW) - West Upper Deck ADA (101-109)

* From 2.5 hours to 2 hours before kick, Elevators 1 and 2 will both service the Santee Lounge, South Suites, and Loge Boxes.

Elevator 3 - Press Box (NO FANS)

Elevator 5 (NW) - West Upper Deck (101-109)
