Welcome to the University of Oklahoma Spirit Program.
The OU Spirit Program is comprised of OU Cheer (Coed and All-Girl), OU Pom, our beloved mascots Boomer and Sooner, the RUF/NEKs and RUF/NEK Lil' Sis organizations, and the historic Sooner Schooner. Together, these groups represent some of the most visible and cherished traditions at the University of Oklahoma.
Guided by the mission of developing champions today and leaders tomorrow, our program is built upon the principles of Sooner M.A.G.I.C. and a commitment to excellence both on and off the field.
The Spirit Program exists to support Oklahoma Athletics by creating an electric game-day atmosphere, generating crowd enthusiasm, and fostering meaningful connections with fans. Beyond athletic events, our members serve as ambassadors for the University, representing OU at alumni functions, community events, charitable initiatives, and campus traditions throughout the year.
As representatives of the University of Oklahoma, our students are committed to upholding the values, traditions, and standards of OU while displaying professionalism, integrity, and school pride in every interaction.
