NORMAN — Oklahoma cross country is set to hit the course again after a two-week break this Friday. The men's team will travel back to Stillwater, Okla., for the Cowboy Jamboree while the women compete at the Gans Creek Classic in Columbia, Mo.
OU's men's team will take the course at 8:50 a.m. CT Friday morning in an 8K at the Greiner Family Cross Country Course, lining up beside XXX. The Sooner men will race all nine members of their team Friday, including the back-to-back SEC Freshman Runner of the Week honorees, Ronald Ngetich and Evans Biwott.

The women race a 6K at 9 a.m. CT at the Gans Creek Cross Country Course in Columbia, Mo., host site of the 2025 NCAA Cross Country National Championships. In their last outing, the Sooner women claimed first at the JK Gold Classic, with all five scorers placing in the top ten. OU will line up against 31 schools, including six other Southeastern Conference opponents.
