Taking on a top-15 team at home, the Sooners took down No. 13 Arkansas, 197.825-195.975, Jan. 31 in Norman.
Jordan Bowers and
Faith Torrez tied for the all-around title with matching 39.725s, tied for the highest scores in the SEC this season. The pair claimed every event title, with Torrez taking home vault (9.95) and bars (9.95) and Bowers winning beam (9.95) and floor (9.95).

SWEET HOME OKLA(HOME)A
Oklahoma is 150-4 inside Lloyd Noble Center since the arrival of head coach K.J. Kindler in 2007 and has posted 88 consecutive home victories across 57 meets dating back to 2014. The 2025 senior class is currently undefeated at home in their careers. OU has five regular season home meets in 2025, welcoming Missouri, Arkansas, Kentucky, Florida and Michigan to the LNC throughout the year.
BOWERS, TORREZ NAMED SEC CO-GYMNASTS OF THE WEEK
After sharing the all-around title in a victory over No. 13 Arkansas Friday night, senior
Jordan Bowers and junior
Faith Torrez were named SEC Co-Gymnasts of the Week, the league announced Tuesday. This is just the second time in conference history that a pair of gymnasts from the same school have shared the honor. In 2014, Florida's Bridget Sloan and Kytra Hunter were named co-gymnasts of the week.
Bowers has now earned two gymnast of the week honors this season, while Torrez picked up her first league accolade. Five Sooners have now claimed a total of six weekly honors, the most in the league. Oklahoma's three gymnast of the week honors this season are the most of any school.
The duo was instrumental to Oklahoma's 197.825 victory on Friday night. Both athletes recorded a 39.725 in the all-around, tying the highest all-around score in the SEC. The 39.725 was a season high for both athletes as they combined to take home at least a share of every event title. Bowers won beam and floor with a 9.95 on each event and Torrez claimed vault and bars with 9.95s. Torrez added a 9.925 on beam and a 9.9 on floor, while Bowers earned a 9.925 on bars and a 9.9 on vault.
SERIES HISTORY
The Sooners and Wildcats have faced off just 12 times, with the Sooners winning every previous meeting. Most recently, OU defeated Kentucky at the Super 16 in Las Vegas in 2024.
REGULAR SEASON STREAKING
With yet another No. 1 ranking after the fifth week of competition, the Sooners have been the No. 1 team in the nation for 31 consecutive weeks in the regular season. The streak dates back to week nine of the 2022 season when the Sooners overcame Michigan for the first time all season.
SCOUTING THE OPPOSITION
No. 8 Kentucky: The Wildcats are 4-2 on the season and 2-1 in conference action, with wins over then-No. 3 Alabama and then-No. 11 Auburn. Kentucky is ranked No. 5 on vault, No. 7 on floor, No. 8 on beam and No. 11 on bars in the national standings. They are led by transfer Skylar Killough-Willhelm who currently ranks No. 13 in the all-around with a 39.417 average.
