All 18 Sooners Earn WCGA Scholastic All-America Honors

NORMAN – All 18 members of the 2026 Oklahoma women's gymnastics team were named Women's Collegiate Gymnastics Association Scholastic All-America Award winners, the WCGA announced Wednesday.
Oklahoma was one of just four programs nationally to have every student-athlete on its roster earn Scholastic All-America honors. The Sooners posted a 3.77 team GPA for the 2025-26 academic year, ranking 15th among NCAA women's gymnastics programs.
To earn WCGA Scholastic All-America honors, a gymnast must attain a cumulative or yearly GPA of 3.5 or better.
OU has now placed at least five gymnasts on the Scholastic All-America list for 20 consecutive seasons, all under head coach K.J. Kindler. Since her arrival at Oklahoma prior to the 2007 season, Sooner gymnasts have collected 210 Scholastic All-America honors from the WCGA.
Five Sooners recorded perfect 4.0 GPAs, including Mackenzie Estep (management), Kamila Pawlak (communication), Blakely Roten (health and exercise science), Caitlin Smith (journalism) and Keira Wells (creative media production).
Seven additional Sooners posted GPAs of 3.70 or higher: Elizabeth Blessey (3.92 – psychology), Aspen Lenczner (3.90 – journalism), Addison Fatta (3.88 – communication), Kelsey Slade (3.85 – psychology), Ava Siegfeldt (3.75 – health and exercise science), Hannah Scheible (3.71 – health and exercise science and psychology), and Danae Fletcher (3.70 – criminal justice).
OU's other honorees were Nicole Desmond (early childhood education), Elle Mueller (psychology), Ella Murphy (advertising), Lily Pederson (management), Hurley Snow (multidisciplinary studies), and Faith Torrez (sociology).
