NOTABLES

• OU heads to Florida on a four-game winning streak – a dominant run in which all four victories have come by at least 25 points, including two by 50+. It marks the program's 12th stretch of four straight wins since 2021, and nine of the previous 12 climbed to at least five in a row. A 2-0 weekend in Fort Myers would give the Sooners their eighth six-game streak in the last five seasons. Last year, OU opened 6-0 and later added streaks of six and nine straight, with the nine-game run tied for the program's longest since 2008-09.

• The Sooners fell one spot to No. 9 in this week's AP Top 25 after their only game of the week – a 53-point win over East Texas A&M on Wednesday. The Sooners have now appeared in four straight AP polls inside the top 10 for the second consecutive season and own a 33-week run in the AP Top 25, the fourth-longest streak in program history. Oklahoma also checked in at No. 8 in Tuesday's WBCA Coaches Poll.

• Oklahoma's high-powered offense (88.0 PPG, #11 NCAA) is powered by its four McDonald's All-Americans: Raegan Beers, Aaliyah Chavez, Payton Verhulst and Sahara Williams. Each averages at least 12.0 points per game and together they account for 67% of the Sooners' scoring and 57% of the team's rebounds. Beers, OU's All-American center, enters the week with three straight 20-point double-doubles and leads OU at 17.8 points per game, while national freshman of the year candidate Aaliyah Chavez is close behind at 16.8 points per game and a team-best 4.3 assists.

• Friday marks the first-ever meeting between Oklahoma and Coppin State. The Sooners are 3-0 all-time against MEAC opponents with wins over Howard, Maryland Eastern Shore and NC Central.

• Oklahoma is scoring 88.0 points per game (11th NCAA) with 20.8 assists (9th NCAA). The Sooners play fast – 2nd in pace at 80.0 possessions – and rank top 25 in fast-break points (18.8, 10th NCAA), paint points (45.3, 9th NCAA) and second-chance points (15.8, 22nd NCAA). Ball security has taken a major step forward with a 14.9% turnover rate (29th NCAA) and a 1.45 assist-to-turnover ratio (19th NCAA).

• The Sooners lead the country in rebounding (52.67 RPG) and pull down a nation-high 36.2 defensive boards per game. OU has grabbed 50+ rebounds in three straight games and a nation-best four times this season, including 65 vs. East Texas A&M and 61 vs. Belmont. The Sooners' +16.5 rebounding margin ranks eighth in the NCAA.
