Sooners, Friars Square Off in Battle 4 Atlantis Opening Round

Bracket Unveiled by ESPN on Wednesday

NORMAN – ESPN and the Bad Boy Mowers Battle 4 Atlantis announced the 2024 tournament bracket on Wednesday. Oklahoma and Providence will square off in game three on Wednesday, Nov. 27 at 4 p.m. CT on ESPN2.

OU and Providence last competed during the 2023-24 slate in the BIG EAST-Big 12 Battle. The Sooners earned a 72-51 victory at Lloyd Noble Center, holding the Friars to 20 second-half points. Oklahoma improved to 2-0 against Providence with the victory.

In addition to the Sooners and Friars, Louisville, Indiana, West Virginia, Gonzaga, Davidson and Arizona complete the field.

The winner of game three will advance to game seven against the winner of Davidson versus Arizona on Thursday, Nov. 28 at 4 p.m. CT on ESPN. The loser of game three will play the loser of the matchup between the two Wildcat programs at 6:30 p.m. CT on ESPN2.

The final day of the three-day tournament will occur on Friday, Nov. 29, with the championship game at 4:30 p.m. CT on ESPN. For a full bracket, click here.
