Matt Mott announced the addition of five transfer athletes to the program's 2024 newcomer class Thursday.
Caroline Duffy,
Sophia Green,
Nevaeh Johnson,
Kiki Smith and
Ashley Tutas will join the Sooners as transfers for the 2024 season and plan to enroll at OU for the spring semester.
The five transfers include one goalkeeper, one forward, one midfielder and two defenders. Five states are represented in the transfer class as Duffy joins OU from Maryland, Green from Washington, Johnson from Texas, Smith from Arizona and Tutas from Florida.

CAROLINE DUFFY / GK / CLARKSVILLE, MD.

A midfielder from Kennedale High School in Kennedale, Texas … Joins the Sooners following three seasons at LSU … Appeared in 18 matches with seven starts last fall, logging 730 minutes and three shots on goal while operating as a defensive-minded midfielder … Has appeared in 25 matches across her collegiate career … A standout as a prep at Kennedale … Earned honorable mention all-state honors while being named district MVP as a senior … Two-time first-team all-region selection … Named conference newcomer of the year in 2018 and midfielder of the year in 2019 … Played her club soccer with Solar in the Elite Club National League (ECNL).
PERSONAL: Daughter of Shannon and Rodric Johnson … Has one sibling (Nevyn) … Enjoys reading, online shopping and walking her dog … Plans to pursue an MBA at Oklahoma.
WHY OKLAHOMA? "When I stepped foot on campus, it felt like home; the people, the environment, everything. Coming to Oklahoma brings me back to my roots, as it's my dad's home state and I have tons of family just miles up the road. Joining the SEC also means everything to me, as that is where I've competed for the past three years. I feel I am more than prepared for the conference with this group of girls."
