OU Heads To 75th Annual Blue Gray Classic

NORMAN - The Oklahoma men's tennis is set to compete in the 75th Annual Blue Gray National Tennis Classic on Feb. 24-25 at the Lagoon Park & O'Connor Tennis Center in Montgomery, Ala.
Fans can keep up with the tournament via live stats. There will be no live broadcast of the event.
OU (6-3) drew Alabama (8-2) to open the tournament and will take place on Friday, Feb. 24 at 12:30 p.m. CT. To cap off the first day of competition, the Sooners will begin their second match against either No. 14 Arizona (6-2) or Nebraska (4-4) and will compete in doubles only.
On Saturday, the squad will wrap up their second match by competing in singles against the Wildcats or Huskers from the day before. To round out the tournament, OU will take on an opponent from the other side of the bracket for a full dual match on Saturday.
The 2023 field for the Blue Gray Championships consists of No. 14 Arizona, No. 25 Middle Tennessee State, No. 36 Auburn, No. 38 Alabama, No. 41 Oklahoma, No. 44 Texas Tech, Nebraska and Tulane.
