PARIS – Four days in Paris, one last game and the Oklahoma men's basketball team's foreign tour came to an end with an early morning flight Friday.

The Sooners embarked on their trip overseas Aug. 1 and started the first part of their trip in Barcelona. After a pair of victories and five days in Spain, they made the two-hour flight to France and arrived late Sunday night.

A full day spent, the Sooners traveled north to Normandy and experienced Omaha Beach, the American Cemetery and Pointe du Hoc. A humbling experience that provided yet another unique opportunity for the team.

Day two in Paris allowed the Sooners to see the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe and other historic markers throughout the City of Love before preparing for their final contest against the Paris All-Stars.
The Sooners dominated PA and earned a 91-53 victory and completed a clean sweep of their foreign tour competition.

Wednesday allowed the Sooners another morning to explore the city, ending with a cruise on the Seine River. The boat traveled along the river, passing the Eiffel Tower and rows of people on the riverbank that would applaud as the vessel drifted forward. The daylight slowly turned to night and the Eiffel Tower sparkled after a brief light display.

The final day in France was more of the same for the Sooners, an opportunity to explore what Paris had to offer.
