Dildy Selected to TopConnect Symposium

NORMAN – Oklahoma men's basketball assistant coach Emanuel Dildy participated in the 2022 TopConnect Basketball Symposium Monday, June 27.
The event was held as the Thomas & Mack Center on the campus of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) and was presented by Teamworks and INFLCR.
TopConnect (formerly Villa 7) originated in 2003 by then VCU Athletic Director Dr. Richard Sander. The event identified the top assistant basketball coaches in the country and connected them with athletic directors to provide networking and leadership development opportunities for both parties.
The 2022 symposium was headlined by a panel of prominent and successful head coaches - Lindy LaRocque (UNLV head women's basketball coach), Simon Harris (ETSU head women's basketball coach), John Aiken (McNeese State head men's basketball coach) and former Oklahoma men's basketball head coach Lon Kruger.
Athletic Directors that presented were Mark Benson (University of Albany), Mike Capaccio (The Citadel), Bryan Blair (University of Toledo), Chris King (Robert Morris), Scott Garrett (Cleveland State University) Alex Ricker-Gilbert (Jacksonville University), Eugene Marshall (Hampton University), Drew Marrachello, (Boston University) and Gene Taylor (Kansas State University).
