New Concessions Vendors Make OU Football Debut

Fletcher's
Lower East / Sections 31-32
Fletcher's origins date back to 1938 when brothers Neil and Carl Fletcher launched the business, selling their corndogs for 15 cents each. It took 12 years before they felt their unique batter was perfected and since then, it has never changed. The company, which first appeared at the State Fair of Texas in 1942, is still operated by the Fletcher family.
A Fletcher's Original Corny Dog is a high-quality hot dog on a stick, hand-dipped into Fletcher's proprietary cornmeal batter and deep fried until it's golden brown. There are six varieties of Fletcher's Corny Dogs: In addition to The Original Corny Dog, Fletcher's also serves a Jalapeño and Cheese Dog, a Bird Dog (Turkey), The Beef, an all-beef and brisket blend, a Veggie Dog, and a Cheezy Pup.
McAlister's
Lower West / Sections 4-5
McAlister's Deli has been in Norman for 19 years but is coming to OU's stadium for the first time. Its stand will serve six signature items, including a Turkey Club, McAlister's Club Wrap, Brookies, Cinnabon® Mini Cookie Sandwiches, Lemonade and its Famous Sweet or Unsweet Tea, which is steeped from Rainforest Alliance Certified™ premium tea leaves, poured over crystal-clear ice, served in a 32 oz. glass, and topped with a lemon wedge.
Nashbird
Lower NE / Sections 37-39
And if it's a chicken sandwich that fans are craving, Nashbird has the solution. It's a Hot Chicken Counter Service Restaurant and Bar serving what it calls "the best hot dang chicken in Oklahoma!" Founders Marc and Jenny Dunham wanted to create a fun, affordable, hot chicken restaurant where people could gather for tasty food, cold drinks and genuine family-feeling customer service.
Shak'n
Second Level SE / Sections 37-39
A new hamburger is coming to the stadium, too. Shak'n, a new concept from Chandler Hospitality, is inspired by the classic burger stand. Staying true to its retro vibe, Shak'n will serve up classic favorites like single and double patty burgers, flat top dogs, fried chicken sandwiches, crinkle-cut fries, and of course milkshakes.

Shake's Frozen Custard is a premium ice cream company with locations in Arkansas, Missouri, Texas, Florida. It is coming to Oklahoma soon. Shake's will serve a variety of their historical customer favorites this fall which will include Cookie Dough, Strawberry, Oreo,and Chocolate.
In addition, Shake's is currently holding a social media competition in which Sooner fans can vote on their favorite Sooner specialty item for the coming year. The options include Boomer Brownie Chunk, Crimson Cookies & Cream, and the Sooner Strawberry Smash. Shake's is also excited to roll out a throwback product for the Nebraska game... the Oreo Speedwagon. It includes Oreo, fudge, and caramel blended together with premium vanilla ice cream.
The OU Athletics Department and its concessions partner, Levy Restaurants, are proud to welcome the new vendors to Gaylord Family – Oklahoma Memorial Stadium.
