NORMAN – Seniors Evy Schoepfer and Anastasia Webb went back-to-back on vault with perfect 10s Sunday afternoon as the No. 2 Sooners posted a 197.950 in a tri-meet victory at Texas Woman's.

OU defeated host TWU (192.225) and Centenary (189.575) in the second tri-meet of the season between the three teams. The Sooners bested the other two teams at the Metroplex Challenge on Feb. 13 in Fort Worth, Texas.

Webb had a career night, posting an incredible 39.850 in the all-around to tie for the second-highest score in the nation in 2021. Along with her perfect 10 on vault, Webb swept the event titles with a 9.975 on bars, a 9.925 on beam and a 9.95 on floor. The senior now has four career perfect 10s, including two on vault. It was the second perfect score of the weekend for Webb as she notched perfection on beam on Friday night.

Schoepfer tallied her first career perfect 10 Saturday on a gorgeous tucked 1.5 vault. Earlier in the meet, the senior matched her career high with a 9.925 on floor.

The Sooners posted the third-highest vault score in program history with a 49.725 in the final rotation. The final rotation was the highlight of the night as Webb and Schoepfer went back-to-back with their perfect scores. Junior Olivia Trautman added a 9.925 in the No. 4 spot. Junior Allie Stern and freshman Katherine LeVasseur each notched 9.9s to start off the rotation. Freshman Audrey Davis anchored with a 9.875.

The meet started with OU off to a hot start in the first rotation, tallying a season-best 49.525. Highlighting the rotation was a near-perfect performance from Webb who notched a career-high 9.975. Senior Karrie Thomas added a career-high 9.95 as she moved into the anchor spot for the first time this season. LeVasseur nailed her double layout and earned herself a career-high 9.95. Trautman added a season-high 9.875 as she started the rotation with a stuck double layout to help the Sooners to their season high score.

The second rotation saw the Sooners tally a 49.250 on beam. Jenna Dunn started the rotation off with her steady and confident performance for a 9.800. Senior Carly Woodard added a 9.8 of her own in the No. 3 spot after going up after a fall. Freshman Audrey Davis kept things steady with a 9.85, followed by a 9.875 from Thomas. Webb anchored with a beautiful routine and a 9.925.

OU notched a 49.450 on floor in the third rotation. Competing in her home state, senior Jordan Draper got things going with a 9.875. Senior Evy Schoepfer kept up her strong weekend on the event by matching her career high with a 9.925 in the No. 2 spot. Freshman Bell Johnson added a 9.775 in the No. 3 spot, while junior Emma LaPinta notched a new career high with a 9.925. Anchoring was Webb with her third 9.9-plus score of the night as she matched her career high on the event with a 9.95.

The Sooners will be back in action on Sunday, March 14, as they take on Iowa State in Ames, Iowa.Ā
