⢠Oklahoma returns home for five games at L. Dale Mitchell Park this week. The Sooners host No. 21 Dallas Baptist at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday and Arkansas-Pine Bluff at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
⢠OU will welcome San Diego State for a three-game series this weekend. Game times for that series are 6:30 p.m. Friday, 2 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. Sunday.Ā
⢠All five games will be broadcast on Sportstalk 1400 AM/99.3 FM KREF, and streamed live on SoonerSports.com.
⢠The Sooners are ranked as high as No. 9 in the March 2 national polls (ninth by Perfect Game). OU is ranked No. 11 by Baseball America, No. 15 by D1Baseball and the NCBWA, and is No. 16 in the USA Today Coaches Poll.
⢠Oklahoma went 2-1 at the Shriners Hospitals for Children College Classic with wins over No. 6 Arkansas 6-3 and No. 14 LSU 1-0. Its only loss came in 10 innings, 8-7, to Missouri.
⢠Through 12 games, OU has 18 stolen bases. The Sooners finished the 2019 season with 29 steals. OU catchers have also thrown out 6 of 16 runners stealing so far (four by
Justin Mitchell and two by
Brady Lindsly).
⢠Through 12 games, Oklahoma it hitting .265 and averaging 5.5 runs per game while posting a 2.72 team ERA and allowing a .197 batting average and 2.8 runs per game. OU pitchers have struck out 140 batters and walked only 35 in 106.0 innings.

⢠Tuesdays at L. Dale Mitchell Park are $2 Tuesdays. Fans can purchase $2 hot dogs and $2 drinks at the concession stands throughout the game.
⢠On Wednesday, the first 200 fans can receive a free OU baseball clear tote bag.

⢠General admission seats with chair backs are available in boxes 6, 8 and 10-18, as well as bleacher sections. General admission tickets are $10 while reserved seats are $15.Ā
⢠A mini plan is available to fans for OU's 10 remaining non-conference games this season, and can be purchased at SoonerSports.com.
⢠The ticket office and gates open 90 minutes prior to the scheduled game time. The ticket office and will call windows are located behind home plate, along W. Imhoff Rd.
Clear Bag Policy/Stadium Entry for 2020:
⢠Consistent with all University of Oklahoma Athletics events, a clear bag policy is in effect for the 2020 baseball season at L. Dale Mitchell Park.
⢠The approved clear plastic bag size is a maximum of 12 inches x 6 inches x 12 inches or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag. Stadium policy will allow non-transparent clutch purses that are no larger than 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches.Ā
⢠In addition, metal detectors will be located at each stadium entrance gate.Ā
⢠Lawn chairs and metal frame seats with chairbacks are allowed in L. Dale Mitchell Park, and are required to go through appropriate security screening at the main gate west entrance. Per Big 12 conference policy, umbrellas are not allowed in the stadium, but ponchos and other rain gear are permitted.

⢠The schools split the season series each of the last two years. In 2019, the Sooners won 4-2 in Norman, and DBU 7-2 in Dallas. In 2018, DBU won 5-2 in Dallas before OU claimed a 13-3 victory in Norman.

⢠Junior catcher
Justin Mitchell, who caught Acker's no-hitter, provided the only offense in Sunday's game with his first career home run. He deposited a solo homer on the first pitch of the eighth inning over the wall in left field and into Minute Maid Park's Crawford Boxes. Mitchell hit .429 in the tournament.Ā
⢠Sophomore
Wyatt Olds earned the win against Arkansas on Friday with three scoreless innings in which he struck out six batters. He improved to 3-0 on the season.
⢠Freshmen
Peyton Graham and
Kendall Pettis each hit their first career home runs on Saturday at Minute Maid Park. Graham led off the fifth with a solo shot to left center and Pettis hit a two-run homer into the Crawford Boxes in left field in the sixth.
⢠Senior shortstop
Brandon Zaragoza led OU with a .444 batting average (4 for 9) in the tournament, drove in two runs and scored a run.Ā
⢠Junior center fielder
Tanner Tredaway hit .308 in the tournament, doubling twice and driving in two runs. He ran down a ball in left center field in Sunday's no-hitter, making the catch against the wall in front of the visitor's bullpen.Ā

Cade Cavalli registered a career-high 11 strikeouts in 5.0 innings against Arkansas on Friday. He scattered six hits and allowed three runs.Ā

Dane Acker pitched a no-hitter against LSU on March 1 in a 1-0 victory at Minute Maid Park in the Shriners Hospitals for Children College Classic, striking out 11 batters in the process. It was OU's seventh individual no-hitter and first since Jim Huslig in 1989 against Old Dominion.Ā
⢠Catcher
Justin Mitchell called most of the pitches from behind the plate, and provided the only scoring in the game. He hit a solo home run that broke up a dual no-hitter between Acker and LSU starter AJ Labas in the top of the eighth inning.Ā
⢠The no-hitter was the first in College Classic history, the 11th individual no-hitter in Big 12 history and first since 2017, and the first time the LSU program has been no-hit in a nine-inning game in recorded history.Ā
⢠Acker's effort was also OU's first complete game since 2015 (Alec Hansen vs. Texas Tech) and first complete-game shutout since 2013 (Jonathan Gray vs. Northwestern State). Of note, the Sooners pitched a combined no-hitter against Arkansas-Pine Bluff in 2005.
Big 12 Players of the Week:
⢠Junior
Dane Acker was named the Big 12 Pitcher of the Week and Newcomer of the Week on March 2 after tossing a no-hitter against LSU on March 1. He struck out 11 batters and walked just one in the feat.
⢠Junior outfielder
Tanner Tredaway was named the Big 12 Player of the Week on Feb. 24 after hitting .500 with eight of his 12 hits going for extra bases. He put up a 1.125 slugging percentage, drove in six runs and scored seven runs. He homered twice and recorded three doubles and three triples. He led the Big 12 for the week of Feb. 17-23 in hits, triples, total bases, runs scored (tied) and home runs (tied) and was second in RBIs and slugging percentage.
