Crowell is set to begin his fourth year at the helm for the Sooners. Crowell has amassed a 54-28 overall record with the Sooners making trips to the NCAA tournament in each of those seasons.
2019 in Review
The Sooners made their sixth NCAA Sweet 16 appearance in seven seasons in 2019, finishing the year at 17-11 overall. OU racked up nine wins over ranked opponents, including an upset of No. 13 Texas A&M in the NCAA Second Round in College Station, Texas.
All of OU's returners saw significant playing time in 2019, with Beiler leading the team in wins to earn ITA Central Region Rookie of the Year Honors, Van Emburgh named ITA Central Region Player to Watch and Tsorotiotis earning a trip to the NCAA Doubles Championships.
Scouting the Wildcats
ACU enters 2020 following a wildly successful 2019 campaign. The Wildcats finished the year at 22-5 overall and punched their ticket to the NCAA tournament with a Southland Conference Championship.
ACU returns nine players from last season. Senior Jonathan Sheehy comes into 2020 ranked No. 77 nationally. Sheehy's successful summer and fall campaigns included the ITA Summer Circuit title, an ITA Texas Regionals quarterfinals appearance.
