FORT COLLINS, Colo. – The Oklahoma volleyball team dropped the final match of the Ram Volleyball Classic to host Colorado State 3-0 Saturday night inside Moby Arena. The Rams prevailed 25-13, 25-20, 25-20.
Rams (2-1, 0-0 Mountain West) outhit the Sooners (1-2, 0-0 Big 12) .250-.152, tallying 38 kills while holding OU to 33.
Ashlynn Dunbar led the way for Oklahoma once again with nine kills to her name.
Aysia Harty led the Sooners in digs with seven, while
Kylee McLaughlin put up 25 assists.
Colorado State took the opening set 25-13. Sooners battled back in the second set, tying the frame at 6, 13, 17 and 20 before Colorado State ran away with it. OU took the Rams to the wire again in the third, but fell 25-20.
Dunbar Named to All-Tournament Team
Dunbar was named to the Ram Volleyball Classic All-Tournament team after tallying 35 kills in three matches. 21 of the grad transfer's kills came against Chicago State as she swung on a .395 clip.

The Sooners are on the road again next weekend as they travel to Bloomington, Ind., for the Indiana Invitational. OU is set for matchups with Yale (Sep. 6), Oregon State (Sep. 7) and the host Hoosiers (Sep. 7).
