NORMAN - The No. 20/21/23/19 (NWCA/Flo/InterMat/Track) Oklahoma wrestling team heads to Kent State University in Kent, Ohio, to face the Kent State Golden Flashes and Michigan State Spartans on Saturday.

The trio of teams will face off in a triangular meet format beginning at 11 a.m. CT., with three rounds of competition on two mats. The meet will be scored as two duals. A full schedule can be found below.

The Sooners enter competition coming off a strong weekend at last Sunday's Journeymen Collegiate Classic. No. 2/2/2 (Flo/InterMat/Track) Dom Demas took home the 141 title for the second year in a row with a first-period pin of No. 7/7/7 Chad Red (Nebraska) in the finals. Freshman Darrien Roberts went a perfect 3-0 at 184, as did redshirt freshman Jacob Butler at 149. No. 13/16/13 Anthony Madrigal picked up another pair of victories over ranked opponents at 133, improving his record to an impressive 4-1 against ranked foes.

Six OU wrestlers remain ranked by FloWrestling, InterMat and Trackwrestling after the Journeymen Classic: No. 2/2/2 Demas, No. 13/16/13 Madrigal, No. 16/17/12 Jake Woodley (197), No. 17/20/17 Justin Thomas (157), No. 21/NR/22 Anthony Mantanona (174) and No. NR/NR/23 Christian Moody (125).
