Carlos Rosado arrived in Norman for the start of the 2014 season as a volunteer assistant coach. At the start of the spring 2015 semester, he was promoted to Director of Operations. A former student-athlete and graduate of the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, he has gather multiple years of experience as a coach at the club level as well as in the classroom as a teacher's assistant.
In his first season with the Sooners, Rosado handled in-game statistics in Data Volley and assisted with scouting of opponents and preparing the scout-team in practices.
Prior to his arrival at Oklahoma, Rosado served in several head and assistant coaching roles with the MADFROG Volleyball Club based out of Plano, Texas from 2010-14. There he also held the position of Sand Training Program Director. On the sidelines, he coached various MADFROG teams to eight first place finishes, five number one rankings, including the top ranked team in the nation in both 2011 and 2012, as well as many other top placements in regional and national tournaments.
Through his coaching stops, Rosado has gained valuable experience in practice plans and game strategies. At Oklahoma, he will be relied upon for in-game statistics tracking and video breakdown.

Aside from coaching at the club level and organizing volleyball clinics, Rosado has held teacher's assistant positions at both the elementary and middle school level. He earned his Texas Assistant Teacher Certification in 2009.
Rosado graduated with a bachelor's of science and arts from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico in 2007. He majored in physical education and sports technology, while picking up a minor in physical edication with a concentration in special education. In college, he was a member of the university's volleyball team from 2003-06 and served on the men's basketball staff in 2007 as a statistician.
