• Oklahoma led 58-54 midway through the second half but was outscored 29-17 over the final 9:58 in an 83-75 at No. 5/6 Kansas on Monday night. KU's win clinched at least a share of the Jayhawks' 10th straight regular season title.
• The Sooners trailed 15-4, then led 29-25 before falling behind 43-33 at halftime. They opened the second half on a 13-4 run to tie the score at 46 with 16 minutes remaining.
• Oklahoma held Kansas to a .446 field goal mark, the Jayhawks' third lowest in their 15 Big 12 games.
• OU entered the game tied with Iowa State and Texas for second place in the Big 12 at 9-5. The loss dropped the Sooners to fourth place, a half game behind those teams and a half game ahead of Kansas State.
• Senior forward Cameron Clark scored a team-high 18 points, his most since netting a career-high 32 against the Jayhawks in OU's second league game back on Jan. 8. Clark, who had 13 at halftime, finished 6-for-15 from the field and made all five of his free throw attempts.
• Sophomore guard Buddy Hield scored 13 of his 16 points after halftime. He was 6-for-13 from the field and 3-for-6 from behind the arc. Hield had made at least three treys in 11 of 15 conference games and has scored in double figures in 26 of 28 outings on the year.
• Freshman point guard Jordan Woodard reached double figures in scoring for the second straight game. He finished with 10 points, a game-high six assists and only one turnover in his 26 minutes.
• After being held to four points and three rebounds in the first meeting (played just 23 minutes due to foul trouble), sophomore forward Ryan Spangler finished with nine points and nine rebounds in 29 minutes tonight.
• Junior forward D.J. Bennett played 11 minutes off the bench and scored six points, his most in Big 12 play. He also grabbed three rebounds.
• Sophomore guard Je'lon Hornbeak contributed four assists off the bench, as well as five assists (his most since registering six handouts in the season's third game).
• Oklahoma didn't commit its first turnover until 4:17 was left in the first half. Both teams finished with 11 turnovers, but KU outscored OU 17-8 off those mistakes.
• Kansas entered the game shooting .698 from the free throw line but shot .867 tonight (26-for-30). OU was 15-for-20 (.750). It marked just the third time in 15 league games that OU's opponent shot a higher percentage.
• OU fell to 8-5 away from home this season, tied with Kansas for the second best record in the Big 12 (Iowa State is 8-4 away from home).
• The Sooners return to action Saturday at 3 p.m. CT when they host Texas (televised by Big 12 Network).
