NORMAN, Okla. -- The Sooner soccer team hosts a pivotal weekend of conference action as Nebraska and Colorado come to town. Nebraska (4-2 in Big 12 play) sits one game ahead of the Sooners in the win column. The games are two of the three that will be played at home during the last three weekends of the regular season. OU closes out the regular season on Friday, Oct. 29 against Oklahoma State.

The OU Athletics Marketing Department has a number of promotions planned for the two games, starting with "Year of the Fan Night" on Thursday, Oct. 14 as the Sooners battle the Huskers at 7 p.m. The first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive a commemorative "Year of the Fan" soccer pin. There are also a number of giveaways planned for the contest which will be followed by an autograph session.

On Sunday, fans that present their OU vs. Iowa State football ticket will receive a special $4 admission into soccer's 1 p.m. contest against Colorado.

Tickets are available ($8 adult and $5 youth) at the OU Athletic Ticket Office on Asp Avenue (Monday through Friday), by phone at 800-456-GoOU, at the gate of the OU Soccer Complex on gameday or by visiting online.
