  Sunday, November 29

Oklahoma has played the nation's second-most difficult schedule. Sooners foes are 70-43. OU played five ranked opponents during its 12-game schedule, and only one of those was at home.

With his monster day Saturday, Tress Way vaulted from No. 10 to No. 4 in the national punting rankings. His average is 45.46, which is tops among the Big 12 punters.

It's lucky 7's for the OU defense. The Sooners now rank No. 7 nationally in rushing, scoring and total defense. They're No. 22 against the pass, but No. 1 in the Big 12. OU's top defensive ranking is in No. 5 in sacks per game at 3.08/game.

OU's top national ranking overall is in net punting at No. 3 (40.86). The team is also No. 4 in punt returns (16.72).

Jeremy Beal is No. 10 nationally in sacks (.92/game) and Ryan Broyles is No. 5 in punt returns (16.48/return).

Oklahoma has three shutouts this season, its best total since 1986 when the Sooners had five.
