Watch the Comeback

December 22, 2008 | Women's Basketball

NORMAN, Okla. -- Watch one of the greatest comebacks in NCAA women's basketball history.

Now available online is Oklahoma's 86-75 win over then-No. 9 California on Saturday, Dec. 13, at the Basketball by the Bay Classic in San Jose, Calif.

OU trailed 52-26 at the half and rallied in what set the NCAA record for largest deficit overcome to win a game in regulation. Junior Nyeshia Stevenson came off the bench to score 21 points in the second half, leading the Sooners to an improbable win in a hostile environment.

Created by syncing the OU coaches' game video with the audio from the Sooner Sports Network radio broadcast with play-by-play announcer Brian Brinkley and color analyst Kendra Wecker, this web exclusive is divided into two parts.
