• No. 6 Oklahoma (10-2) won its 10th straight game with a 67-64 victory against the Iowa State Cyclones Wednesday, Jan. 9, at Hilton Coliseum in Ames, Iowa. OU improved its series record lead to 29-17 and closed the gap in Ames to 11-9.

• OU's 10-game winning streak is just its eight in program history of 10 wins or more. The streak matches the team's fourth best.

• OU's win versus Iowa State was its 19th consecutive victory against a team from the Big 12 North Division. OU's last win versus a Big 12 North team was also Iowa State, a 67-60 Sooner win in the Big 12 Tournament Championship Game. Oklahoma captured its fifth straight win against Iowa State and second in a row in Ames, Iowa. OU's longest winning streak on the Cyclones' home court is three games (1992-94).

• Oklahoma came into the game ranked 323rd of 326 Division I teams in free throw percentage (56.7 percent), but made the extra shots went it counted against Iowa State, shooting 75 percent with a 12-of-16 effort.

• The Sooners ended Iowa State's 16-game home winning streak which included its 10 games at Hilton Coliseum this season.

• ISU's 13 3-point attempts matched its lowest taken this season.

• Iowa State missed first nine shots, including four 3-point attempts. Oklahoma started the game 1-of-9 from the field, including three 3-point attempts.

• Oklahoma outrebounded Iowa State 13-1 entering the first media timeout (15:33 remaining), but had six turnovers none for the Cyclones and made just one of seven field goal attempts during the span. The first half rebounding margin closed with OU leading 28-16. The first half turnover totals were 10 for OU and eight for ISU.

• Iowa State's 19 first-half points were its fewest in a first half since trailing 28-19 to the Sooners in the first half of last year's regular-season matchup at the Lloyd Noble Center in Norman, Okla., on Jan. 24 (a span of 28 games).

Ashley Paris
• Ashley Paris grabbed eight rebounds in the first half, a season best. Paris' best rebounding total in a half was 10 in the second half against Tulsa.

Courtney Paris
• Paris recorded her 73rd consecutive double-double and her 78th in 81 career games.

• Courtney Paris entered the game three defensive rebounds shy of matching Sophia Young's (Baylor, 2002-06) Big 12 career record of 827. Paris totaled 10 defensive rebounds in tonight's game to take over as the new Big 12 career leader in defensive rebound with 834. Paris earned the record in her 81st college game. Young played 139 in her career.

• Paris had a season high five blocks. She had three blocks in the first period and her fourth on the first defensive possession of the second half.

Jenna Plumley
• Plumley gave OU a three-point lead with 28 seconds left by making two free throws. After missing the second of a 1-for-2 effort from the free throw line against Tennessee, Plumley has made 10 consecutive shots from the charity stripe.

Danielle Robinson
• The freshman had career bests in points (23), field goals made (10), field goals attempted (16) and rebounds (7).

• Robinson had one steal in the game to give her a season total of 28, the most ever by a Sooner after their 12th game. LaNeisha Caufield was the former record holder with 27 after the 12th game of her freshman season in 1998-99.
