OU Faces Challenge In San Diego

OU vs. Nebraska Match Time Set

NORMAN, Okla. - The Oklahoma volleyball program has determined a match time for the OU vs. Nebraska match on Saturday, Oct. 13. First serve between the Sooners and top-ranked Huskers is set for 1 p.m. at the McCasland Field House.

The early match time gives Sooner fans an opportunity to catch the Sooners play the No. 1 Huskers prior to OU's football game against Missouri. The football squad will host Missouri in a 5:30 p.m. game to be televised on FSN.

The weekend will also feature OU's Homecoming with festivities to be announced closer to the match.

Currently, the Sooners own a 12-3 record and a 5-1 mark in Big 12 play. The Huskers are sitting at the top of the polls with a 5-0 mark in league play and a perfect 12-0 record overall.

Oklahoma will step out of Big 12 play this Wednesday as it heads to Fort Worth, Texas for a match against TCU. First serve between the Horned Frogs and the Sooners is set for 7 p.m.

The Sooners return to Big 12 action this Saturday, Oct. 6 as they host Iowa State at 7 p.m. inside the Howard McCasland Field House.
