NORMAN, Okla. -- View photos and video of Oklahoma's 24-17 win against UAB in the 2006 season opener on Saturday at Owen Field.

OU unveiled a statue of Steve Owens in Heisman Park just east of Gaylord Family - Oklahoma Memorial Stadium prior to the game. View photos and read about OU's four Heisman Trophy winners here.

For the fourth season, McBride Electric presents its Play of the Game video for Sooner fans. Watch as junior running back Adrian Peterson takes a pass from Paul Thompson 69 yards for a score.
