Soccer Guide Ranked Third in the Nation

NORMAN, Okla. -- The 2004 version of the Oklahoma soccer media guide was judged the No. 3 publication in the nation, among women's soccer guides, by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).  It was also judged the top media guide in District 6.

OU finished behind Florida and Nebraska in the regular season guide competition.  The 2005 edition of the Oklahoma soccer guide will be available in August.

It was the fourth such honor for OU publications this year as Oklahoma's football media guide and football post-season media guide were judged No. 1 in the nation by CoSIDA. 

In addition, the OU men's basketball media guide was judged No. 1 in District 6 and finished No. 9 in the nation. 

The publications are produced by the OU Athletics Media Relations office.
