Notes on the Sooner selections for 2005 All-Big 12 ...

C.J. Ah You
Junior college transfer started all 11 games and had five sacks and three fumble forced.

Rufus Alexander
Oklahoma's leading tackler with 93.

Rhett Bomar
Got hot down the stretch when he threw just two interceptions over the last four games, fired five TDs over the last three games and rushed for positive yardage in the last four ... this marks the sixth time in Bob Stoops' seven seasons that the OU quarterback has acheived some level of All-Big 12 post-season recognition.

Dusty Dvoracek
Leads the nation's interior defensive linemen with 17 tackles for loss ... also earned All-Big 12 in 2003.

Clint Ingram
Strong side linebacker led Oklahoma with four interceptions, including one that he returned 48 yards for a touchdown against Tulsa.

Davin Joseph
Moved from right guard to left tackle, but once again helped clear the way for a 1,000-yard rusher ... also part of a line that did not allow a sack in either of the last two games.

Malcolm Kelly
True freshman leads Oklahoma in receptions (26), receiving yards (392) and touchdown catches (2, tied).

Chijioke Onyenegecha
Returned an interception 63 yards for a touchdown at Nebraska ... broke up a total of seven passes.

Adrian Peterson
Missed all or more than half of four games, yet rushed for more yards than any other RB in the league -- 1,024 ... first team honoree for a second straight season.

J.D. Runnels
Often recognized for his lead-blocking skills, he emerged as a dangerous receiver with 19 receptions (No. 3 on the team) for 188 yards.

Calvin Thibodeaux
Breakout season included a team-leading nine sacks ... already received a hardship that will allow him to return in 2006.

Travis Wilson
Battled injuries for much of the season (missed two games), but still ranked second on the team with 25 catches and 310 yards.

D.J. Wolfe
Earns All-Big 12 in his first year at the position (played running back as a freshman) ... had two interceptions including one that he returned 65 yards for a touchdown against Kansas ... led OU's defensive backs with 60 tackles.
