NORMAN, Okla. -- In the final week before conference play begins for most teams, Big 12 squads accumulated a 9-1 overall record highlighted by wins over Pac 10, Big East and ACC teams.
Big 12 teams outscored their opponents a combined 416-174 in the ten games played. Texas and Baylor were off. Overall, the Big 12 is 25-8 in non-conference games in 2004.
