Sooner Soccer Announces Time Changes

Oklahoma head soccer coach Randy Evans and the Sooners announced today the times of two contests in mid-September, finalizing the non-conference schedule for OU.

The Sooners are set to play two games in Ft. Worth, Texas, the first of which on Friday, September 12 at 1 p.m against SMU. They will then turn around two days later and match-up with TCU at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 14.

Another schedule note, the games in South Bend, Ind. for the Notre Dame Classic now slate the Sooners up against Rutgers on Friday, September 5 at 5 p.m and the Fighting Irish on Sunday, September 7 at 1 p.m.

In just one week, Evans' squad will take the field and open the 2003 regular season against the University of Arkansas at John Crain Field on Friday, August 29 at 7:30 p.m. The Sooners will then conclude the weekend home doubleheader when the University of New Mexico comes to town on Sunday, August 31 at 1 p.m.
